Hi, this is Dr. Tyler Woods. I do holistic mental health at Rosa’s. I am proud to work with the likes of Anthony Diaz and his crew. Anthony is wise and open enough to bring in holistic mental health to his residents. That is just one of the many reasons that he received a plaque from the Assisted living Network of Southern Arizona this week. He was awarded because Anthony is dedicated in promoting excellence in assisted living homes.
As a care provider, I see the many ways Anthony cares about his residents. Anthony makes sure there is activity in his assisted living home by providing things such as group discussions, art/food therapy, chair yoga, and urban therapy. He makes sure well balanced meals are served and gives his residents a say in what they would like. He has a team of caring staff and contractors.
He takes it one step forward and spends a great time in community networking with people about caring for the elderly. He specializes in mental health and dementia and educates the public about these conditions in people over 50. Anthony runs rigorously to attend functions and engagements while making sure Rosa’s needs are met.
His experience and education makes him the perfect candidate for such an award and the Tucson community should be very proud of his efforts and making sure that residents get the best care. Congratulations Anthony Diaz to you, your home, and your staff. Tucson is proud!
